SHIPPING POLICY: Ready to ship orders are processed withing 3 business days. PREORDERS are processed within giving timeframe mentioned in the description, typically withing 4 weeks. I ship with USPS around the US and to Canda. Once orders are shipped, they are out of my hands unless shipped with insurance. Insurance can be added to orders under $200 for an additional fee. Please add before checking out.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Buyer must email or message me on my business Instagram page ASAP to discuss options and reason behind the refund request. I cannot afford to refund due to item being lost in transit without insurance. I will grant refunds if buyer decides they cannot afford their item or the smell of moosehide is not for them. As always, please contact me with any concerns or questions. I am open to all discussions.

CANCELATION POLICY: Buyers can cancel their order after purchase, buyer must contact me ASAP after purchase via email or instagram DMs to do so. I cannot cancel order if already shipped. Once cancelled, expect a refund within a week or so. It will all depend on method of payment and your bank. If order is already shipped, then a refund can be discussed and planned.
